Free parking is available behind the Riverfront Shops, the organizer says.

SNAP/EBT and Fresh Access Bucks
Fresh Access Bucks, run by Feeding Florida, matches SNAP spending on Florida-grown fruits and vegetables at participating markets. Its current list for Volusia County (PDF) does not include a Daytona Beach market. The closest listed is the Artisan Alley Farmers Market, 104 Artisan Alley, DeLand, on Friday evenings from 6 to 9 p.m. Ask the Daytona Beach markets or individual vendors directly whether they take SNAP/EBT.
