Of the 32,599 address points Volusia County lists inside the city, about 67% are zoned for Mainland High, 17% for Atlantic High in Port Orange, 10% for Seabreeze High and 6% for Spruce Creek High in Port Orange, on the district’s boundary map data last updated June 30, 2026. Two families in the same elementary zone can end up at different high schools.
